Job Description


  • We are building a strong team for a large contact centre and are urgently looking for Debt Collections Agents with hands-on experience in fintech recovery. If you are target-driven, confident, and ready to resume immediately, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.
  • Follow up consistently to ensure repayment in line with company procedures.
  • Negotiate and agree on suitable repayment plans where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, promises to pay (PTP), and outcomes.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the Team Lead/Supervisor.
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve recovery strategies.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recovery targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 months – 1 year experience in Debt Recovery within a Fintech.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to stay firm, professional, and empathetic.
  • Target-driven and comfortable working under pressure.
  • Good typing skills and familiarity with CRM/recovery tools.
  • Must live within Ogba/Ikeja or 40 minutes away (Lagos Mainland).
  • Willingness to work Mondays through Sundays on a shift schedule.
  • Available for immediate employment.

Salary
N120,000 Monthly (Net).
