Description 


  • We are a leading construction chemicals company dedicated to producing high-quality products for the industry.
  • As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Factory Accountant with in-depth knowledge of taxation and prior experience in a factory setting to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate tax, VAT, excise duties, and other local tax regulations. Prepare tax filings and coordinate with tax authorities and auditors.
  • Cost Control & Budgeting: Analyze production costs, material usage, and labour expenses to optimize profitability. Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
  • Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory. Monitor fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
  • Internal Controls & Process Improvement: Implement strong financial controls to reduce risks, prevent fraud, and improve financial accuracy. Work closely with procurement and production teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction industry accounting role.
  • Expertise in tax laws related to factory operations, including VAT, corporate tax, and excise duties.
  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and factory financial management.
  • Proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems, plus advanced Excel skills.
  • Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
