1.) Data Centre Power Systems Technician
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- Responsible for the operations, maintenance and repair of the Electrical Power systems at the Data Centres and Point of Presence (POP) owned by the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules with/without third party vendors and update relevant documentation and checklist.
- Maintenance of various types of electrical power systems e.g. Switchgear, UPS, Generating sets, Rectifiers Inverters, Batter systems, AVR, ATS units, Transformers, PDU/PMM units.
- Track trending operational characteristics
- Monitor and respond to abnormal conditions in the UPS system, generators and ATS.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of operational issues for audits and SLA related purposes.
- Follow the good application of change and incident ticket linked to customers; Respect ITIL processes, incidents and changes to SLA.
Qualifications & Experience
- At Least an Higher National Diploma (HND) in either Electrical and Electronics or other related disciplines
- At Least 3 years of previous work experience in a Data Centre Operations environment or equivalent.
- Experience troubleshooting breakdowns and repairing electrical power systems devices and components.
- Experience with Portable Appliance Test System.
- Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling and associated maintenance work.
- Experience with Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools will be an added advantage.
- Possession of relevant industry certification or trainings in Electrical Power systems installation, maintenance, and/or repairs.
- Knowledge of equipment installation, electrical and mechanical repairs, welding and fabrication, and safety and compliance.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and Microsoft office suite.
- Adept at conducting tests to identify faults.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate must be able to lift, push and pull up to 20kg.
- Candidate must be able to tolerate temperature of below 20° C for extended periods of time.
- Ability to maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external third parties.
Salary
N305,000 / month.

2.) Credit Control Supervisor
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- To ensure consistent operational cash inflow into the business by regular billing of customers and receivable management in strict compliance with credit policy.
Responsibilities
- Ensure money collectable from sales and takings are received in collection accounts and are fully reconciled to the bank in order to block all cash leakages and loss of funds which may result in shareholders’ fund depletion.
- Ensure WHT receipts are collected, properly accounted for and allocated in accordance with the company’s credit policy.
- Follow up on receivable in accordance to the credit policy, collect and allocate payments
- Ensure timely reconciliation whenever there is disparity between customer’s payment and invoices
- Ensure the receivable aging complies with the company credit policy
- Weekly submission of Follow up Reports and monthly submission of Credit policy compliance report.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2.2/Upper Credit B.Sc / HND degree in Accounting or any related course
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit Control
- Must have professional qualification such as ICAN
- Ability to optimize work processes
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- Knowledge of debit and credit
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of accounts receivables
- Customer relationship management.
Salary
N350,000 monthly.

3.) Direct Sales Executive
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Direct sales executive (DSE) is responsible for driving sales increase of all ipNX retail products (FOS) within the territory he works in.
- She/he must recruit new subscribers through personal engagement and follow up. The DSE must be able to develop relationships with Estate managers, facility managers and any key stakeholder.
- DSE’s must be able to win back churned customers and re-build broken relationships.
Responsibilities
- The DSE must recruit 30 subscribers or more every month.
- Must be able to negotiate terms of an agreement to a satisfactory Level and close sales with minimal supervision.
- The DSE must maintain and grow a prospect list. This pipeline report must be submitted on a daily basis – 10 unique prospects everyday.
- Must carry out route mapping to identify potential and existing customers with given territory.
- Cold call potential customers in a bid to get a foot in the door
- Effectively act as brand ambassadors and first point of contact to potential customers
- All sales reports must be submitted every week.
- Must be able to maintain a good working relationship with Team Lead and other DSE’s.
- Must be polite at all times to customers and report any customer feedback during weekly meetings.
- Must be willing to work at least 3 weekends every month.
- Must be present at all sales training and weekly meetings.
- Must abide by the ipNX policies and standards when on ipNX premises and in dealing with customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- HND in Engineering / Computer Science / Marketing / Sales or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of experience within the telecoms or FMCG space; knowledge of retail market, competitor behavior and strategy, including related product dynamics and product management.
- Understanding of communications Network, Experience in a b2b, B2C sales environment; field sales, consistent track record of success in achieving product effectiveness and customer experience targets.
- Demonstrate a high level of analytical thinking, gather and analyze information and provide viable insight about market trends and customer behavior.
- Demonstrate a high level of organization and quality with multitasks, efficiency & priority setting.
- Must demonstrate interpersonal capabilities and leadership.
- Exemplary communication skills – both face to face and over the telephone. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization and favorably project ipNX products & services
- Good Microsoft office suite competence.
Salary
N305,000 Monthly.
