1.) Telecom Technical Support Engineer 

Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Summary

• The Telecom Technical Support Engineer will provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues with wireless and IT infrastructure products.
• This role involves resolving technical problems via phone, email, remote access, or on-site visits, and may include tasks like commissioning, integration, testing, and troubleshooting, Documenting help desk tickets/resolutions, and maintain defective device inventory list for shop, Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs and upgrade on all access devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues related to telecom products (e.g., UMTS/LTE RAN, storage solutions, IT networks).
• Customer Interaction: Providing technical assistance to enterprise customers via phone, email, remote access, or on-site visits.
• Product Expertise: Maintaining a deep understanding of products and services, including their functionalities, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Documentation and Reporting: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including solution implementation documents and reports on issue resolution.
• Training and Knowledge Sharing: Providing technical training to customers and partners, and contributing to the development of training materials.
• Escalation Management: Identifying and escalating complex issues to higher-level engineering teams or specialized support groups.
• Project Support: Assisting with the implementation, integration, and testing of products in customer environments.

Education & Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field is often required.
• Qualifications: HND / Graduate / Post Graduate in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Communication/Info Tech
• Desired Experience: 2 - 3 years in similar profile.
• Proficient in WiFi, WiMAx, LTE, TCP/IP, WLAN, Ethernet, LAN, WAN, Device/Network level Troubleshooting, Computers (OS & Application Level), Analytical, Internet and Tech savvy, Customer Focused, Team Player,
• Desired Attributes Relevant Industry Experience, been on the front end handling customers and team.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecommunications networks, including wireless technologies (UMTS/LTE), data communication, and IT infrastructure.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Customer Focus: A commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other engineers and specialists.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.

2.) Collection Officer (Post-Loan) 

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Post-Loan Collection Officer is responsible for managing and recovering overdue loan payments from customers.
• This role ensures timely repayment of loans while maintaining a positive customer relationship and adhering to all company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on assigned delinquent accounts to ensure timely loan recovery.
• Contact borrowers via phone calls, emails, SMS, and physical visits to negotiate repayment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and repayment agreements with customers.
• Conduct field visits to trace and recover overdue payments from defaulting clients.
• Collaborate with legal or recovery agents for escalated recovery cases where necessary.
• Recommend accounts for write-off or legal action where recovery is impossible.
• Analyze reasons for loan defaults and recommend strategies to reduce future delinquencies.
• Provide periodic reports on portfolio performance, recovery efforts, and challenges.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client financial records.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Portfolio at Risk (PAR) reduction rate
• Recovery rate of delinquent loans
• Number of successful repayment agreements secured
• Timeliness of follow-ups and reports
• Client satisfaction and retention rate (post-recovery).

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline with 0 - 1 year of work experience.

Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan management software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good understanding of credit risk and recovery processes
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Must have an Android Phone
• Should reside within Ikeja and its environs.

Salary
N100,000 - N180,000 per month.
