Peakay Consulting, a recruitment agency with a difference, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Finance Analyst
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Processing of Customer invoices and submission on Customers’ portal
• Preparing Vendor payments and upload on bank portal/ Oracle payment
• Vendor Invoice postings and authorization
• Provide remittance advice to Vendors
• Prepare all relevant Monthly journals
• Prepares weekly disbursement file for Treasury approval
• Manages Customer receipt postings.
• Processes Employees’ IExpenses/Petty cash (office/travels/field) for payment.
• Monthly Statutory payment process and filing (VAT & WHT for both Federal and State).
• Balance Sheet reconciliation of allocated accounts

Qualifications & Experience

• First Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Professional qualification in Accounting desirable (ACA, CPA etc.)
• On-hand expertise in Oracle R12/Other ERP System - added advantage
