Job Position: Finance Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Accurate and timely preparation of invoices in accordance with the relevant contract conditions
• Managing operations budget and ensuring that all spend are within the budget
• Assist in preparing the company's yearly budget.
• Follow up on purchase and payment requisitions, ensure accurate recording, reconciliation and filing of all financial transactions to ensure compliance with procedures and policies
• Vendor Management

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc or HND in Finance, Accounting or relevant qualification
• 1- 3 years experience in Finance, Accounting or related position
• Experience working in a Marketing Agency will be an added advantage.
• Ability to pay high attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
