Qualification

• B.Sc, HND or equivalent in Sciences or Social Science

Job Experience:

• Not less than 10 years experience in a similar organization
• Managerial skills in golf club management
• Co-ordinate and controlthe activities ofthe club
• Show knowledge of the game of golf or experience in sports club administration
• Show skills in man-management. That is:
  • Able to organize & work with people
  • Good communication & negotiation skills
  • Must be able to show that he or she can liaise with exco, subcommittees, members & the public on issues that may affect the club
• Must show how to plan work, club activities & programmes
• Must show key management skills of leadership, motivation, club budgeting, communication, planning etc.
