Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager in Manufacturing to oversee plant operations, ensure efficient production processes, and uphold safety and environmental standards.
• The general manager will be responsible for managing all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and workforce supervision.
• The role requires a strong leader who can drive efficiency, maintain compliance, and continuously improve plant performance in line with the company’s sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily recycling plant operations to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Develop and implement production plans that meet output and quality targets.
• Lead and motivate plant staff to maintain high performance and operational discipline.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Monitor equipment performance and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports for management.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and resources effectively to reduce costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all plant processes.
• Liaise and manage Government regulatory agencies

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of plant machinery and production systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in Manufacturing FMCG.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
• Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
