About The Role

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations/Trainee Coach to join our team.
• This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about coaching, operations, and helping others succeed in their career journeys.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in navigating their career journeys, providing guidance, support, and feedback tailored to their needs through Global Talent Visa coaching, Admissions consulting etc
• Oversee the day-to-day coordination of client workflows, ensuring timely and smooth delivery of services, maintaining clear communication and providing updates on their progress.
• Maintain and organize schedules, including setting up meetings and appointments
• Assist in creating training materials, and courses, delivering workshops, and offering personalized coaching sessions.
• Support in operational duties such as Coordinating and taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items, Conducting research on various topics, compiling information, and preparing reports or presentations
• Handle any other incidental to the role

Qualifications

• Strong interest in coaching, career consulting & operations (experience is a plus but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in digital tools like HubSpot, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace (or similar tools).
• A growth mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a remote work environment.
