Job Description/Requirements

• We are looking for a Head of Operations to oversee daily activities across functions such as IT, Retail Sales and regulatory compliance.
• Head of Operations responsibilities include designing policies, overseeing customer service, growing user head count, liaising with vendors and implementing technology solutions. You should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business.
• Importantly, we want someone to head and monitor our retail businesses, to ensure head count.
• Someone with good interpersonal skills and a good knowledge of how e-commerce works include user growth and monetization.
• This person should live in Lagos, please.
