1.) Sales Advisory (DSA Supervisor)

Job Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• A Pan African Consulting Firm is seeking a performance-driven Sales Advisor / Sales Field Supervisor to lead frontline sales activities in Lagos.
• The role is ideal for a motivated professional who can combine sales drive with field supervision and coaching to deliver growth

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support field sales advisors to achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand market coverage.
• Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and field visits.
• Track sales performance, generate reports, and ensure accuracy of field data.
• Enhance customer relationships, resolve issues, and drive satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong track record in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and customer engagement skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and field sales reporting systems.

Salary
N350,000 - N450,000 monthly.

2.) Technical Services Engineer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• Are you skilled in installing and maintaining household and professional appliances?
• Our client is looking for Technical Services Engineers to join their team.

Job Description

• Install, service, and maintain appliances (Ovens, Cookers, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Ceiling Fans, Gas/Induction Hobs, Microwaves, Built-in Hoods, Coffee Machines, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction
• Deliver top-notch after-sales technical support.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years’ hands-on experience in installation/servicing
• Strong troubleshooting & technical skills
• Valid driver’s license.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / month (Attractive).

3.) Teller & Customer Service Officer

Job Locations: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Enugu, Imo, and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Customer Service:
  • Greeting customers and providing assistance with account inquiries and various transactions.
  • Informing customers about bank products and services, and directing them to appropriate representatives for more complex needs.
  • Building customer loyalty and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Transaction Processing:
  • Handling a wide range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cheque processing.
  • Processing foreign exchange, cash, and cheque transactions, including money transfers.
  • Using banking software to track and record transaction information accurately.
• Cash Management & Reconciliation:
  • Maintaining and balancing cash drawers, including packaging cash.
  • Monitoring cash levels, requesting funds as needed, and performing cash analyses.
  • Reconciling discrepancies and preparing daily "End of Day" sheets.
• Compliance & Security:
  • Adhering to all bank financial, security, and operational regulations and procedures.
  • Handling currency and confidential information responsibly.
  • Identifying and resolving any transaction errors or discrepancies promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
