Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities and partnerships.

2.) Factory Supervisor - Production Floor
Job Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily activities of production floor workers, particularly workers involved in product finishing, trimming of jerry cans, cutting excess materials, sorting, and other post-production processes.
- The role ensures optimal workforce coordination, compliance with laid down procedures, and timely achievement of production targets, proper discipline, and accurate reporting of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on the factory floor.
- Ensure workers are properly assigned to their respective duties for effective and timely completion of production tasks.
- Ensure production targets are met in good condition without compromising quality standards.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, safety standards, and laid down operational procedures.
- Oversee trimming, cutting of excess materials, sorting, and general product finishing activities.
- Properly arrange and monitor workers break periods to ensure production activities are not disrupted.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability among workers.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of assigned production areas.
- Prevent backlog of unfinished or untrimmed products.
- Monitor workforce utilization to minimize idle time.
- Identify and report misconduct, inefficiencies, or operational concerns promptly.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily production and attendance reports.
- Liaise with Production, Quality Control, and HR departments regarding workforce performance and operational issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
- 4–8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience as a Factory Supervisor in a plastic manufacturing company is highly required.
- Proven ability to manage workers effectively.
- Demonstrated integrity, leadership ability, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Sound understanding of production floor operations and safety procedures.
- Applicants must be between 28-40 years.
Salary
Negotiable based on experience.

3.) PET Machine Technician
Job Location: Mainland, Lagos

Job Summary
- The PET Machine Technician will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining PET production machines to ensure efficient production of quality preforms and finished bottles.
- The role involves ensuring machines run optimally with minimal downtime while maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the following machines effectively:
- Semi Auto PET Machine (172-880)
- Injection Preform Machine (Haitian)
- 2-Stage Fully Automatic Injection Stretch Blow Machine
- 1-Stage Injection Stretch Blow Machine (ASB)
- Set up machines for production runs in line with specified parameters.
- Carry out routine machine checks before and during production.
- Ensure production targets are achieved without compromising quality standards.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical faults during operation.
- Minimize material wastage during production processes.
- Maintain accurate production records and machine performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Monitor heating systems, pressure settings, and mold performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of assigned machine area.
- Report technical faults or production irregularities promptly.
- Assist maintenance team during major repairs or servicing when required.
- Ensure machines are properly shut down after production.
Qualifications & Experience
- OND and/or Trade Test I, II & III in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating PET production machines in a plastic manufacturing company.
- Strong technical knowledge of Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine faults.
- Good understanding of safety and quality control procedures.
- Demonstrated Integrity, Responsibility and Teamwork.
- Ability to work with Minimal Supervision.
Remuneration
- Pay: Negotiable based on experience.
