Job Position: Head of Operations

Job Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Impeccable customer service record gained from work experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills with experience using the Microsoft package and other data application
• Ability to accurately respond to enquiries on social media while exercising sound judgment regarding sensitivity and Urgency
• Experience with visa application, documentation and processing
• Considerable experience multi-tasking with large volumes of information including researching, assessing, recording and updating data using multiple applications.

• Full-time work hours with financial compensation for overtime hours
• Paid annual vacation (two weeks)
• Salary is negotiable and commission is also attached to this positions.
