We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Hotel Marketer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase hotel bookings and brand visibility.
• Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging, high-quality content.
• Identify and close partnership or corporate deals that drive revenue.
• Create and manage promotional campaigns for special events, packages, and offers.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients, influencers, and hospitality networks.
• Monitor marketing analytics to track performance and improve results.
• Bonus: Edit videos to create attractive visual content for marketing purposes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
• Strong social media skills (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think creatively and execute innovative campaigns.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Video editing skills are a plus.
