Job Position: HR Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Officer to support and enhance our human resources functions.
• The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within the healthcare or HMO industry, and will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation, and general HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical)
• Support the implementation of performance management systems and appraisals
• Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Plan and support training, learning, and development initiatives
• Facilitate staff engagement activities and employee wellness programs
• Manage employee leave schedules and attendance records
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
• Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports for management review
• Participate in internal audits and ensure HR documentation meets standards
• Provide HR support to other departments as needed

Job Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience
• Proven work experience in Human Resource management
• Candidate must be CIPM certified, or in view, is highly desirable
• Excellent people management skills
• Experience with HRIS
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
