Job Summary

• Kaisu Supply Chain is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage recruitment and basic HR operations, with a strong focus on hiring truck drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and onboard truck drivers
• Coordinate driver documentation and records
• Manage employee files and HR documentation
• Liaise with operations team on manpower needs
• Handle basic HR administrative duties
• Ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in HR or recruitment (truck driver recruitment is an advantage)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets
• Applicants who live close to the job location will be preferred

Salary

• N150,000 monthly.
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week
