Job Position: Human Resource Generalist
Job Location: Lagos

Job Overview


  • As an HR Generalist at IPNX, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources functions and ensuring the overall well-being of our employees.
  • This position requires a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in HR, a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to handle a variety of HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolving workplace issues.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation sessions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR data accuracy and compliance.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers and employees.
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs for employees.
  • Collaborate with leadership to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.

Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and address issues as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in human resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
