Job Position: Human Resource Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Description

• We are seeking an HR Officer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate must be proactive, people-oriented, and capable of maintaining a structured HR process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with performance management processes and appraisal coordination.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance support.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Prepare HR reports and support payroll inputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and Nigerian labour practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month (Negotiable).
