We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

• Manage all HR activities
• Recruitment (Placement, Shortlisting, Onboarding, and Offer, etc)
• HMO, NSTIF, GLI & GRA
• Staff Welfare
• Training & Development
• Performance Management
• Head Count Analysis and Manpower planning
• Drawing up HR expenditure & budget ( under supervision)
• KSS or other inhouse meeting forum management
• ITF Reimbursement ( very important)
• Staff Conflict Resolution amongst other related issues.
• Payroll Administration & Analysis.

Requirements

• Qualification: BA / B.Sc / HND in a related Discipline
• Year of Experience: 5 - 6 years of experience
• Professional Qualification: CIPM or other internationally recognized professional qualifications (Compulsory)

Skills Expectation:

• Strong Use of Excel
• Strong HR Analytic skills
• Strong people management skills
• Self Driven, motivated, and ready to work within a team
• Good written and communication skills

Salary
N250,000 monthly
