Job Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Description

• The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
• You will be responsible for building an efficient HR framework that supports our growth and evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks tailored to a fast- paced crypto/fintech environment.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and statutory compliance.
• Support training, career development, and capacity-building initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and relevant industry standards.
• Partner with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
• Provide HR insights and data-driven recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven HR experience, preferably in fintech, or tech-driven industries.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Hands-on experience with HR software and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) will be an added advantage.
