Job Position: Human Resources Manager
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR personnel to align with our client's management and key stakeholders in developing, shaping and delivering people-oriented HR initiatives, which are in line with the priorities of the Company.

Responsibilities

• Use the latest technologies to drive HR engineering and organizational changes.
• Provide support to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, programs, questions and concerns.
• Manage performance review process as well as recruitment and selection process.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Analyze trends and metrics and develop solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field (essential)
• Human Resource Certification (SHRM, HRCI, CIPM, etc.)
• 3 - 5 years of Human Resource practice or Consulting Experience.
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Experience in Learning and Development.

Salary Range

• Negotiable.
