Job Position: Human Resources Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Summary

• We are seeking a competent and proactive Human Resource Officer to join our team in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and other HR operational duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate performance management and staff appraisals.
• Provide HR reports and analytics to management as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
