Job Position: Inventory Analyst - Texture Science Labs (TSL)

Job Summary

• This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized individual who is eager to contribute to the operational efficiency and cost optimization of TSL by monitoring stock levels, improving inventory accuracy, and streamlining supply chain processes.
• The ideal candidate is an advanced user of spreadsheet software, and has experience in data analysis, but we are equally interested in someone who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to develop their analytical skills on the job.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and executing inventory control strategies, including stock replenishment, aging stock reduction, and accuracy initiatives.
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies between physical stock and system records, ensuring data integrity.
• Monitoring inventory turnover, fill rates, and stockouts to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Creating actionable reports (e.g., excess/shortage alerts) to inform purchasing and demand planning decisions.
• Developing dashboards and automated reports (e.g., reorder points, obsolescence risks) for leadership teams.
• Maintaining inventory KPIs (e.g., days on hand, carrying costs) and recommending cost-saving measures.
• Managing budgets for inventory purchases, minimizing excess while avoiding shortages.
• Providing detailed performance reports on stock accuracy, turnover, and shrinkage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Be an advanced user of spreadsheets
• 1 - 3 years of experience in inventory control, demand planning, logistics, accounting, or data analysis.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
