Eat 'N' Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry.

Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: ISO / QHSE Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Documentation and maintaining the QHSE & Food Safety standards in accordance with the manuals.
• Monitoring the implementation of the QHSE & Food Safety Manuals in liaison with other departments and executive management.
•  Develop and ensure full compliance to the Food Safety and Occupational, Health, Safety and Environment Management Philosophy, Objectives and Policies within the company.
• Responsible for the development, review, and implementation of the Food Safety & Quality Management System policies, procedures, plans, and work instructions and will oversee that the company Quality Management System supports the company’s goals and objectives.
• Responsible for assessing the compliance of QMS documentation with the ISO 9001:2015.
• ISO 22000:2018 International Standard, statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements as well as have responsibility for the scheduling, planning, executing, and documentation of internal audits to ensure QMS and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to develop, establish and maintain food safety and quality programs, policies, processes, procedures, and controls to ensure that performance and quality of services conform to established company, international (ISO), and governmental regulatory standards and agency guidelines.
• Implement an Integrated Management System for Quality, Health, Safety & Environment
• Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management and recording of QHSE documentations

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc in Engineering, Food Science Technology or Environmental Sciences
• At least 5 years working with international QHSE standards, codes and practices including Nigerian QHSE experience
• Membership of relevant QHSE professional bodies
• Minimum of 3 years of industrial catering experience.
• HACCP Level 3 qualification or other food handling / safety qualifications.
• Highest standard of Safety, Health, Environment aptitude and cultivates the same in others.
