We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Position: IT Support Staff

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks(LAN and Server Rack Support)
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Liaising with local repairs technicians or service centres on repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• God display of team reporting.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a BA / B.Sc / HND
