IT/Human Resource Manager

PRINCE O. J. GLOBAL SERVICES LTD was incorporated in ONITSHA, Nigeria with Registration Number RC 953738. It was registered on 13 May 2011 and it's a multinational company that deals with import and export of general merchandise. Company's registered office address is 18, MKPOLOGWU STREET, OMAGBAPHASEII, ONITSHA, ANAMBRA.

We are recuiting IT/HR for below responsiblities:

* To conduct orientations for new employees at all levels to deliver information about benefit plans and enrollment provisions.

* To process monthly billings from insurance providers and communicate with and counsel employees and dependents as needed.

* To resolve employee complaints concerning health and benefit plans and handle enrollments and terminations in health plans.

* To process documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate records and payroll deductions.

* To work closely with executive management to ensure personnel needs are met and plan for any future alterations. Coordinating with executives, HR administrators may recruit, interview and evaluate candidates for hiring.

To helps in cost reduction, better communication, improvement of financial management, improvement of public relations and time saving. Staying ahead of the competition and secure data storage.

To bring down certain costs by automating systems, using cheaper platforms for marketing and using cost-effective communication alternatives.

To ensure all transactions and stock records are entered on computerized systems.
