We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Business Development (BD) Electrical Engineer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven business developer with solid experience in ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) Systems and Solar solutions to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong communication and sales skills to drive business growth, build client relationships, and provide tailored solutions that meet our customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ELV systems, Solar Solutions and conduct market research.
• Assist in maintenance activities and technical site visits as required.
• Understand client requirements and design cost-effective ELV/Solar solutions that align with project specifications.
• Meet sales target and support overall business development strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term and strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare proposals and support project execution, including installation and commissioning, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Explore and develop business circles within the region to expand market reach.
• Maintain accurate records of client’s interactions and submit weekly reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, market research, sales in technical role within Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ELV and Solar Systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, Intrusion Alarm, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other design/sales tools is an added advantage.

2.) Company Driver

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking for a skilled and reliable driver to support our operations by ensuring the safe and timely transportation of personnel, equipment and material to various project site.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of road safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining our vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring efficient and smooth transportation operations.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport employees, equipment and materials to and from job sites base on schedule and request.
• Maintain and inspect company vehicle for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance
• Adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies
• Keep accurate record of vehicle maintenance, mileage and fuel usage,
• Communicate effectively with the logistics teams and project managers
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and vehicle maintenance.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and a good understanding of Lagos road network
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual reliable and able to work independently
• Respectful and maintain confidentiality.

Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly competent, motivated, and results-driven Company Secretary / Legal Adviser to join our leadership team.
• This role combines corporate governance, legal advisory, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the board in ensuring the effective functioning of the board and its committees.
• Maintain the company's statutory books, including registers of members and directors
• Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs).
• Take accurate minutes, ensuring decisions are recorded and communicated.
• Manage the logistics of board and committee meetings.
• Keep up-to-date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization.
• Act as a point of communication between the board of directors and company stakeholders.
• Maintain all company records, including minutes, resolutions, and correspondence.

Key Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
