1.) Accountant

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos 

Job Description

  • Our client company is seeking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

Responsibilities


  • Manage all accounting transactions and prepare budget forecasts.
  • Publish financial statements on time and handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
  • Ensure timely bank payments and computes taxes and prepare tax returns.
  • Audit financial transactions/documents and reinforce financial data.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any finance-related course.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting/finance.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and Quickbooks
  • ICAN is a plus.

Salary
N180,000 / Month.

2.) Head of Finance and Accounts

Job Location: Mowe, Ogun

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head of Finance & Accounts to oversee the financial health and sustainability of our healthcare facility.
  • The ideal candidate will combine strong technical accounting skills with the ability to provide strategic financial leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax obligations, and internal policies.
  • Develop financial strategies to support growth, cost efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
  • Manage financial audits and liaise with auditors, banks, regulators, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide financial insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard organizational assets.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team to build capacity and improve performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification preferred – ICAN, ACCA, CFA).
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or head role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and healthcare/NGO accounting practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.

3.) Senior Human Resources Officer

Job Locations: Lagos & Mowe, Ogun

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Senior Human Resources (HR) Officer to join our growing healthcare team.
  • The Senior HR Officer will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations while also driving strategic initiatives that enhance staff engagement, compliance, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee records management.
  • Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance.
  • Lead employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes in line with organizational policies.
  • Support training and development programs, including planning, coordination, and tracking of learning initiatives.
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave management, and workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Drive performance management processes, including appraisals and KPI tracking.
  • Collaborate with leadership to strengthen workplace culture, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and insights for management decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or service-focused organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software/HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
  • High sense of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Membership of CIPM or other HR professional body (preferred).
