1.) Compliance Monitoring Specialist

Job Description Summary
- The Compliance Monitoring Specialist is responsible for designing, executing, and enhancing risk?based compliance monitoring and testing activities across the International Region.
- The role ensures that controls operate effectively, regulatory obligations are met, and issues are remediated in a timely manner.
- The specialist partners with Business, Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, and HR to strengthen the control environment, reduce misconduct risks, and drive a culture of integrity.
Job Description
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
- Develop and execute risk?based monitoring plans covering mainly Compliance risks and policies (Indirect Third Parties, HCP engagements and travel & expenses, etc.).
- Perform control testing using documented test scripts, sampling methodologies, and statistically sound approaches.
- Conduct transaction reviews identifying anomalies, potential slush fund indicators, or policy breaches.
- Utilize data analytics to identify patterns and outliers.
- Has the ability to prioritize information for data analysis. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.
- Document findings with clear root cause analysis, risk ratings, and remediation plans.
- Prepare dashboards and periodic reports for senior management and governance forums.
- Provide feedback to improve policies, SOPs, and control design based on monitoring results.
- Uses some judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, Procurement, Dealer Compliance, Channel Excellence and other relevant parties to strengthen controls.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
- Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.
- Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Law, Economics, Audit, or related field.
- Experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, or forensic accounting.
- Experience with monitoring/testing methodologies, control frameworks, and documentation standards.
- Working knowledge of Independent Third Part risk, AML, FCPA/UK Bribery Act, industry codes (EFPIA/MedTech).
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Excel/Power BI/Tableau and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to write concise, evidence?based reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in healthcare/pharma/med?tech or other regulated industries.
- Certifications: CCEP, CIA, CFE or equivalent.
- Experience with SAP/Oracle, case management systems.
- Familiarity with statistical sampling

2.) Associate Contract Performance Manager

Job Description Summary
- This job entails working with a CPM with an assigned customer portfolio for the planning, execution and closeout of parts and services projects with the sole aim of achieving profitability for GE and customer satisfaction.
- It requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the above aim.
- The candidate will also support the commercial drive to expand the opportunities within the assigned customer portfolio.
- You will report to the service director and fulfil other functions within the sub-region related to the p&l portfolio.
Job Description
What you'll do:
- Perform in the role as the interface between the customer and GE.
- Own and coordinate the profitability of the assigned customer portfolio
- Coordinate the shipment of gas turbine and other parts as per customer contract terms.
- Plan and execute gas turbine maintenance and troubleshooting services per GE standard requirements and the terms of the customer contract/ purchase order.
- Coordinate project closeout per GE standard requirements
- Oversee the issuance of customer invoices and the collection of cash per the terms of the contract and invoices.
- Support the sales and commercial team in generating more commercial opportunities for the company.
- Support manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts.
- Function as the liaison for the customer on contract matters
- Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address and resolve customer operational and commercial issues.
- Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.
- Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
- Collaborate with the manager to deliver immediate and overall business objectives.
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how the work of one's own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team. For customer-facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between the customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.
Requirements
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in GEV gas turbines operations and maintenance with relevant customer relationship and commercial know-how.
- Fluency in verbal and written English.
