Job Position: Risk and Compliance Manager

Job Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Microfinance Bank (Unit)

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage operational and credit risks
• Ensure compliance with CBN regulations
• Conduct risk assessments and compliance reviews
• Monitor loan portfolio risks
• Prepare risk and compliance reports

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Banking, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of banking experience.

Benefits

• Salary: N450,000 - N500,000 / Month.
• 13th month salary
• Annual leave
• Other staff benefits.
