1.) Senior Security Officer

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Security Officer to lead our security operations and strategies.

Job Summary

  • As the Senior Security Officer at Najec Limited, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security strategies to safeguard our organization's assets, employees, information, and facilities.
  • You will lead a team and collaborate across departments to ensure a proactive and robust security posture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an overarching security strategy aligned with business goals, assessing risks and implementing measures to mitigate threats.
  • Building a comprehensive security program that includes physical safety and cybersecurity policies.
  • Reviewing existing security measures and updating protocols as needed.
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the company to identify potential security risks and room for improvement.
  • Fostering a culture of physical and digital security awareness by conducting training sessions and communicating with personnel.
  • Monitor and supervise all company security outfits and liaise with clients where necessary deemed fit.
  • Conduct risk assessments, analyze security vulnerabilities, and develop risk mitigation plans to protect against internal and external threats.
  • Oversee physical security measures for facilities, including access control, surveillance systems, and emergency response protocols.
  • Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of sensitive information and data through the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures and protocols.
  • Managing, evaluating, and resolving any physical or digital security incidents or breaches.
  • Ensuring that the company's security policies comply with federal laws and legislations.
  • Presenting risk assessments and improved security policies to management team members.
  • Working with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs.
  • Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Ensure compliance with security-related requirements and certifications.
  • Develop and execute incident response plans, coordinate crisis management efforts, and lead investigations into security incidents.
  • Implement training programs and awareness campaigns to educate employees on security best practices and promote a security-conscious culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications is an added advantage
  • 4 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in a senior security leadership role, with extensive knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of threats, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • The ideal candidate should be a retired law enforcement agent
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in crisis management, incident response, and investigations.

Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 Monthly.

2.) Business Development Officer

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to spearhead the growth and expansion of our company.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs within the transport and IT sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company's presence, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and negotiate contracts to secure new partnerships and projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to prospective clients, highlighting the company's services and value proposition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Officer
  • Interested Candidates with relevant IT and social media experience are encouraged to apply.
