1.) Pharmacist Assistant

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Overview


  • We are seeking a  competent and driven Pharmacist Assistant with a background in Pharmacology or Pharmacy Technology to join our retail and clinical operations team.
  • This role goes beyond support — the successful candidate will play an active role in consulting patients, dispensing medications, and contributing to the delivery of safe, efficient, and customer-focused pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper dosage, labeling, and patient education.
  • Provide medication counselling and basic health consultations to patients on the appropriate use, storage, and side effects of their medications.
  • Assist in reviewing prescriptions to ensure legal compliance, appropriateness of therapy, and avoidance of drug interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records and ensure all data is properly documented.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels, restock medications, and manage expiries.
  • Uphold regulatory and ethical standards in all dispensing and customer care activities.
  • Provide health and wellness advice to walk-in clients and support over-the-counter product recommendations.
  • Stay informed on new medications, guidelines, and best practices in pharmacy operations and patient safety.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Pharmacology, Pharmacy Technician Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in a community pharmacy or clinical healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical formulations, pharmacokinetics, and common drug interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of empathy and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage patient inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy management software and inventory systems is an advantage.

2.) Sales Representative / Logistics Officer

Job Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven Sales Representative/Logistics Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, building strong customer relationships, and coordinating day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell Troop Pharmaceuticals’ products to existing and potential customers.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate product movement from warehouse to clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth distribution and delivery processes.
  • Resolve logistics issues and work closely with suppliers and delivery partners to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
  • Strong sales skills with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic logistics software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to drive.

3.) Account  / Inventory Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties:

  • Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and payment transactions.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and financial reports.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely follow-up on payments.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
  • Assist with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.

Inventory Management Duties:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across all branches and warehouses.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
  • Track and record stock movements, including purchases, transfers, and sales.
  • Identify discrepancies between physical counts and system records and resolve variances.
  • Work closely with sales and procurement teams to ensure accurate inventory forecasting.
  • Prepare periodic inventory reports for management review.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize stock losses and expiries.

General Duties:

  • Ensure all financial and inventory records are properly filed and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with branch teams and sales representatives to ensure accountability.
  • Provide management with timely and accurate reports to support decision-making.
  • Recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls and efficiency.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head of Corporate Services.

Key Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting and/or inventory management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
  • Good knowledge of inventory control procedures and financial reporting.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
