We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Graphic Designer

Job Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• The Graphics Manager is responsible for leading and supervising the creative team in developing high-quality visual designs for product packaging, brand materials, promotional content, and social media assets.
• The role ensures brand consistency across all platforms and supports the commercial team with compelling marketing visuals that reinforce the company’s identity and enhance market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers in producing high-impact visual assets for packaging, promotional campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Assign tasks, review artwork, and ensure design quality aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions and provide feedback to drive creativity and continuous improvement.

Brand Identity & Consistency:

• Maintain and enforce visual brand standards across all communication materials.
• Ensure correct application of company logos, typography, and key imagery across departments and external partners.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop cohesive brand narratives.

Packaging & Product Artwork Development:

• Oversee the end-to-end process of packaging design, artwork creation, and product mock-ups for personal care and household products.
• Review and approve print-ready files and collaborate with suppliers or printers to ensure production quality.

Marketing Support:

• Design and supervise the creation of marketing collateral such as posters, banners, brochures, in-store and outdoor promotional materials.
• Support digital marketing initiatives by ensuring timely development of engaging social media graphics and content layouts.

Project Management:

• Plan and manage design timelines, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of artwork.
• Coordinate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to prioritize requests and align outputs with commercial strategy.

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing Communications, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, or household products industry.
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience leading a design or creative team.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CorelDraw, and other relevant design tools.

2.) Driver

Job Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Delivery: Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and other items to specified locations promptly and securely. 
• Route planning: Plan and follow efficient routes to optimize delivery times. 
• Documentation: Obtain signatures, confirmations, or collect payments upon delivery. 
• Vehicle maintenance: Ensure the assigned vehicle is in good working condition and that all vehicle documents are up to date. 
• Safety: Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and drive safely at all times. 
• Record keeping: Update logbooks and report on all matters related to the assigned motorcycle to a supervisor. 

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: An SSCE / WAEC qualification or higher is often the minimum educational requirement. 
• Valid license: Must possess a valid rider's/driver's card or license. 
• Experience: A minimum of one to two years of experience is often required. 
• Knowledge of routes: Must be familiar with local roads, often specified by city (e.g., Lagos routes). 
• Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills are essential. 
• Personal attributes: Must be punctual, reliable, honest, and able to work under minimal supervision. 
• Physical fitness: Able to handle the physical demands of the job, which may include long hours. 
• Communication: Good communication skills are necessary for interacting with customers and supervisors.

3.) Soap Machine Operator

Job Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Operate machine, efficiently, safely to achieve set target.
• Ensure machines are clean, maintained in accordance with good preventive maintenance culture.
• Regularly inspecting machine to identify any replacement malfunction and repair and report to appropriate Person.
• Ensure strong adherence to safety, quality and good manufacturing practices.
• Assist the technical team in carrying out periodic repair and maintenance.
• Ensure work area is clean, safe and organized.
• Contribute to waste reduction management programme.
• Assist the team in the overall company’s objective.
• Assist the supervisor and production manager in any job assigned to you. 
• Operate machine, efficiently, safely to achieve set target.
