Stellar International Ant Recycling Technology Company Limited is a subsidiary of RSIN Group which entered Africa in 2008 By advanced plastic recycling technology , production equipment and excellent personnel team . Our main product included : chemical fiber, pet bottles, strapping bands ,woven bags, mattresses, crawling mats.

We are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions below:

1.) Sales Manager

Job Locations: Yola - Adamawa, Gombe, Jos - Plateau,
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales representatives; conduct one-on-ones and performance evaluations.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales plans, set quotas, define territories, and create promotional campaigns.
• Performance Management: Monitor KPIs (pipeline, forecast accuracy, quota attainment), analyze sales data, and adjust strategies.
• Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales process, manage CRM hygiene, and ensure smooth pipeline flow.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management (Sales Director/CEO).
• Collaboration: Liaise with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams for alignment and feedback.
• Client Relations: Manage key client relationships and assist with complex contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 5 years of experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.

2.) Warehouse Assistant

Job Locations: Kano and Port Harcourt - Rivers 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Warehouse assistant to join our team in PH and Kano

• The ideal candidate will be responsible counting of goodsduring loading and unloading.
• Responsible for managing inbound and outbound operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods,
• Assist the warehouse supervisor in carrying out all general warehouse duties to maintain smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods (inbound).
• Prepare and dispatch outgoing goods (outbound).
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse at all times.
• Assist in loading and offloading of goods.
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and safety standards.
• Support other operational tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.

Basic salary
N70,000.00 + 10,000 Performance bonus.+ 1500 daily transportation subsidy

Basic Salary
N80,000 + 1,500 dailt transport + commission.
