Job Position: Junior Architectural Project Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Project Development and Planning
• Scheduling and Compliance Management:
• Execution and Oversight
• Documentation and Compliance
• Monitoring and Reporting
• Risk Management and Budgeting
• Safety and Quality Control
• Client and Stakeholder Relations.

Requirements

• A Degree in Architecture or a related field is essential
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in architecture management is desirable
• Demonstrated success in building and growing new accounts
• Strategic expertise in navigating projects
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize responsibilities
• Willing to resume immediately.

Salary
N135,000 - N140,000 Monthly.
