Job Description
- Investigating the case
- Consulting with and advising clients
- Filing documents to the court
- Arranging and conducting depositions
- Negotiating settlements
- Drafting pleas
- Representing clients during a civil trial
- Gathering evidence and investigating witness statements
- Appealing court decisions.
