MK Trend Limited - Our client, a Fintech company (Ultimcred / Cashigo), is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Loan Collection Officer
Job Locations: Ikeja and Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Duties

• Reviewing the company debtor list.
• Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
• Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
• Contacting lawyers and insurance agencies to facilitate payments.
• Maintaining customer payment records.
• Negotiating suitable payment plans.
• Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
• Responding to customer queries.
• Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.
• Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.

Qualifications

• OND / HND / B.Sc
• Age Bracket: 20 - 30 Years

Work Days:

• Mondays - Fridays, but in a month you are to work two Saturdays on and two Saturdays off.

Salary
N50,000 monthly

• SSCE Holders, Part time Students, Serving NYSC Corp members and Applicants going for service in the next one year are not allowed to apply.
• Offer is open to applicants who live around Computer Village, Ikeja, PWD, Airpot Road, Ogba, Adeniyi, Jones, Yaba, Oshodi, Mushin, Iyana Ipaja, Somolu, Bariga, Anthony  and its environs.
