Job Position: Loss Prevention / Control Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary/Objective

• The loss of Merchandise occurs most often as a result of theft, which could be initiated by dishonest staff, supposed customers and fraudsters.
• The Role of the loss prevention / control officer is geared at reducing and controlling the loss of Merchandise to its barest minimum, by employing professional and tactical measures.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum of an OND in Psychology, and other related discipline.
• Relevant certifications on Risk / Loss Control would be an added advantage.

Job requirements

• Excellent Interpersonal Skill, and the Art of Diplomacy.
• Problem Solving Oriented.
• Critical, analytical thinking and should be able to apply discretion in sensitive scenarios.
• Should possess an excellent customer service skills.
• Apply Initiative.
• Must be in a good Physical and Healthy Condition.
