Requirements

• The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years post qualification banking experience out of which minimum of 5 years must be at the top management level in the microfinance sub sector.
• Must have a degree in Banking and Finance or related discipline.
• Must have completed the microfinance bank certification program.
• Membership of other professional body(s) will be an added advantage.
