Job Position: Marketing Officer
Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and implement marketing plans to promote the company’s printing services.
• Identify target markets and tailor marketing efforts to meet customer needs.
• Generate leads and seek out potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and secure repeat business.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve targets.
• Work on brand-building initiatives to improve the company’s visibility in the printing industry.
• Oversee advertising campaigns and social media marketing activities.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing solutions that meet client needs.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the production team to ensure smooth execution of orders.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, customer engagement, and sales outcomes.
• Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in a printing or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media tools is a plus.
• Preference for applicants within Surulere and its environs.
• Ability to drive is a plus

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
