It was established in 2003 as a division of Construction Kaiser Limited and it attained full autonomous status within the Kaiser Group in May 2010. Job Position: MEP Procurement Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full time

Description

• We seek to hire a candidate as procurement officer who would be responsible for evaluating suppliers, MEP products and services, negotiating contracts and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.

Responsibilities

• Obtain quotes from vendors for MEP materials
• Analyze received offers
• Prepare purchase orders for approved offers
• Ensure payment for vendors happen as/when due by liaising with relevant units
• Maintain a register of registered vendors

Educational Qualifications and Requirements

• HND / B.Sc / B.Eng.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience

Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to use basic computer and its functions
• Negotiation Skills
• Knowledge of MEP materials / specifications
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Versatility and creative in approach
• Teamwork and collaboration.
