We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Internal Control / Audit Trainee

Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receives and disburses all inventories and materials in operational locations
• Monitors compliance with statutory requirements of the operations
• Maintains inventory and Equipment registers at the locations
• Maintain tools logbook at the location and documentation of waybills
• Reconciliation of inventories, equipment and tools on a regular interval
• Accounts for all disbursement of materials made to the locations
• Ensure and monitor compliance with standard of operations
• Periodic inventory taking
• Assist with the Verification of goods received at the stores.
• Carry out other duties that may be assigned by the ICA Manager necessary for the effective operations in the base and locations.

Key Deliverables

• Oversee the control of inventory and materials disbursement for operations.
• Monitors and ensure compliance with established internal control processes in the operations.
• Assist in periodic internal Audit exercise.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 0 - 2 years of work experience.
