Job Description
- Ensure proper day to day running of operations
- Oversee company trainings
- Report to COO directly on a daily/weekly/monthly basis about the status of company operations, strategy and business development
- B2B contact person on behalf of the company
- Manage activities of associates
- Handle and oversee external/internal customer complaints
