Operations Officer


  • Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day operational activities across departments.
  • Monitor warehouse activities, stock movement, and dispatch schedules to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Work closely with sales,and logistics teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Ensure all dispatch riders follow company policies, delivery procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Schedule regular maintenance and checks on company motorcycles.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents involving theft, loss, or misconduct among logistics or dispatch staff.
  •  Maintain proper documentation and reporting of all incidents, including corrective actions taken.
