We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Order Fulfillment Specialist

Location: Lagos

Role and Responsibilities

• The order fulfillment specialist will be a staff dedicated to ensuring smooth processing of orders received by customer reps from customers specification and requirements.

His role shall be:

• To work seamlessly with customer care reps
• To directly make orders to suppliers
• To manage supplier relationships
• To track orders with suppliers and ensure they are on timelines
• To ensure the quality and design are as ordered by the customer care reps.
• To also vet and prepare pictures for uploading.
• To generate delivery notes and daily manifest for deliveries.
• To manage delivery issues.
• Weekly reports: Mon - Sunday ( Saturday and Sunday early hours to arrange deliveries)

• Age: 22 - 27
• Male
• HND or B.sc in relevant discipline
• Trainable
• Team Player
