Job Description


  • As a Personal Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Managing Director's office.

Scope

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and communication.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and follow-up.
  • Offer technical assistance and guidance on administrative tasks to the Managing Director.
  • Liaise with various departments to streamline workflows and achieve organizational goals.
  • Uphold high-quality standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Implement overall quality control for administrative tasks, including budget tracking and reporting.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support as needed.
  • Review and refine administrative processes, initiating corrective actions when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and sensitive information.
  • Foster effective communication with stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Identify and resolve administrative issues promptly and effectively.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by the executive team.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Professional certifications are a plus).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of working experience.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in corporate settings.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments and changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Professional demeanor and conduct in representing executive leadership.
  • Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration with executives and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in office software and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization capabilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently and independently.
  • Willingness to undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
