Production Manager

CWAY Group is a multinational company specialized in the production & whole-sale supply of treated water, water dispensers, soft drinks, foods & beverages industry in countries of Africa & Asia.
  
We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Production Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Responsible for the operations of the Cheers plants (Alkyd/ DOP/PVA/DRP/ETP).
• Production planning of all the plant.
• Checking and endorsing requisition and goods received/returned note (GRN).
• Checking all the processing log sheets for quality, quantity and correctness.
• Attends to processing problems reported by plant in-charge.
• Gives instructions to plants in-charge regarding salvaging of semi-processed goods.
• Visit all the plants regularly for monitoring housekeeping and safety requirement of the plants.
• Liaises with other departments for smooth running of the plant.
• Responsible for preparing and submitting monthly production reports to the management.
• Directly supervises the activities of production Manager(s).
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Experience in production management in any beverage industry.
• Must have Engineering Background
• Familiar with production equipment, with certain maintenance and repair capabilities;
• Between the ages of 25-35.
