Job Position: Project Associate
Job Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• As an Associate, you will begin to develop sector expertise and manage larger/multiple workstreams as part of a project team. You will begin to lead collaboration within the firm to create bespoke solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Redefine unclear client challenges into problem statements and develop steps to solve them
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative methodologies to distil complex data into actionable solutions
• Establish client relationships to improve interactions and service delivery.
• Effectively communicate with senior stakeholder groups such as client leadership to present recommendations.
• Provide guidance and leverage the strengths of team members to create actionable solutions

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
• Experience working in a strategy / business transformation unit in a Management Consulting firm
• No more than 2 to 3+ years of work experience after completing your degree

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
