Job Position: Project Manager/ Engineer
Job Location: Lagos
Job Field: Building and Construction Project Supervision/Management.

Responsibilities

• Pre start process including review of initial site appraisals, site layout, site preparation and detailing
• Preparation of site programmes and organisation
• Co-ordination and supervision and workers deployment
• On site work planning and organisation, site instructions and site inspections, work certification
• On site workers Management
• Provide feedback on designs and process standardisation including design of process, procedure and tools, determination of labour resource requirement
• Review of designs, drawing and contracts and feedback on design implementation and buildability.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 7 years Construction experience
• Qualification: Degree in any of the Building and Construction Profession. construction/Project Management experience shall be added advantage

Salary
N 2.2m - N2.4m (Annually)
