Job Position: Project Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project planning and execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Utilize project management tools/software to track progress.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• A First Degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management.
• 4–5 years of experience managing projects in the Construction/Real Estate sector.
• Recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

Additional Information:

• Must be willing to move across different company locations as required.

Remuneration
Based on experience.
